Aim of the Sub-project:

The food sector within the European Union, as well as on member state or federal state level, is much regulated. Numerous governmental authorities are in charge for controlling the legal standards of food production and processing. Within the sub-project 2.6, the data transmission from different business types to governmental authorities and the keeping of data regulated by law for al levels of the food supply chain should be identified. The results of the sub-project contribute to the Agro-Technical-Soultion-Model to allow an electronic interface from business to government.
